Invitation to attend an Executive Briefing by Microsoft: Monday 26th of March, 2018, AAU Secretariat, Accra, Ghana

TO: Vice Chancellors, Deputy Vice Chancellors, ICT Directors and Senior Staff

The Association of African Universities (AAU) Secretariat has the honour to extend an invitation to you to attend an Executive Briefing by Microsoft which will take place in partnership with the AAU on Monday, 26th of March 2018 at the new ultra-modern AAU Secretariat in Accra Ghana.

This will be a 1-day Executive Briefing for Vice Chancellors, Deputy Vice Chancellors and ICT Directors in Ghanaian Universities. During this briefing we will cover the following:

  1. Digital Transformation in Education
  2. Communicating and Collaborating on a Smart Campus
  3. Intelligent Cloud transforming the Data Centre
  4. Data Driven Blended Learning
  5. Devices for Education
  6. Microsoft Academic Licensing

This event is in line with our efforts to support our member universities connect and work effectively with industry and private sector. It is also a follow up to the Executive Educational Technology Forum that was held in November 2017 as part of the annual African University Day Celebrations.

This event is free for AAU Member Institutions. Non-AAU Institutions will pay GHS 50 (Fifty Ghana Cedis) as a cover charge.
