The Association of African Universities (AAU) is pleased to invite you to participate in the 10^th AAU Leadership Development (LEDEV) workshop holding in Kigali, Rwanda from 26 – 30 June, 2017. The workshop is co-organised with Mahatma Gandhi University in Rwanda.

The AAU LEDEV series aim to enhance the leadership skills of our university leaders in the promotion of innovation in their institutions.

Modules to be facilitated are:

• Strategic Planning in Higher Education Institutions
• Developing the Entrepreneurial University
• Resource Mobilisation and Allocation
• Business Ethics & Intellectual Property Rights Issues in Higher Education Institutions
• Intellectual Property Rights and Research Innovation
