The Women in Higher Education Network (WoHEN), which is hosted by the Association of African Universities (AAU), Accra, Ghana, is inviting all stakeholders to participate in the International Women’s Day Forum being organized to mark this year’s International Women’s Day (March 8, 2022).
The theme, for the celebration is “Breaking the Bias in African Higher Education: Equality Today for a Sustainable Tomorrow”. Among others, the event will provide the platform to highlight the gender inequality in higher education institutions in Africa, discuss the best possible ways to curb the biases and also establish a roadmap towards achieving a gender-inclusive community in African higher education.
