GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS FOR PAPERS / POSTERS
Proposals should address the theme and/or sub-themes, and should include the following:
LENGTH OF PAPER/ POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Papers should be 3,000 to 5,000 words long, submitted in word, using Times New Roman font style, 12pt font size, and double spaced. It must include an abstract and keywords.
Posters should be made of innovative projects or best practices and should be quivalent of A1 (841mmx594mm, 33.1inx23.4in) or A2 (420mmx594mm, 16.53×23.39in).
All presenters will be allowed twenty (20) minutes interactive powerpoint presentations followed by five (5) minutes of questions/discussion.
Presenters should ensure that papers submitted are original. Accepted papers will undergo peer-review processes and are expected to be published as conference proceedings.
