Fostering Business Leadership: Njala University Introduces Online MBA

Press Release – Njala, Sierra Leone (April 29, 2024) – Njala University is pleased to announce its new online Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Launched today, April 29, 2024, this new online program results from a collaborative partnership among Njala University, the Association of African Universities (AAU), and eLearnAfrica. 

The MBA program is designed to create visionary leaders equipped with the know-how to tackle the challenges of the ever-dynamic global business landscape. The program’s curriculum integrates core business principles with emerging trends and technologies, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of modern business environments. 

Through a blend of applied readings, assignments, and discussions, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare them for success in their future careers. The MBA program features core courses in strategic management, marketing management, economic analysis, human resource management, financial management and accounting, and research methodology. Students will have access  to a wide portfolio of case studies and real-world examples to apply theoretical knowledge to practical business challenges. The program concludes with an applied research project or dissertation. 

This new online MBA program highlights Njala University’s focus on excellence in education and provides an exciting opportunity for students to participate in a flexible online degree program. In 2016, eLearnAfrica entered a partnership agreement with the Association of African Universities (AAU), to expand online learning opportunities for students enrolled in AAU’s over 400 member institutions and counting. Its target has been to make educational opportunities available to 10 million African students.
