January 10, 2023OVERVIEW OF THE COURSE – Build on existing skills and learn new skills. The training aims to build on the skills and capacity of graduates and early career academics to be dynamic and inspirational leaders of tomorrow.
Target group: Participation is open to all who are involved in Higher and Tertiary education regardless of their area of specialization, including but not limited to:-
- Lecturers
- Teaching and learning centers’ personnel
- Research and postgraduate centers’ personnel
- Supervisors of research projects, dissertations, and theses
- Postgraduate students
Course holder: Dr. Norbert Francois TCHOUAFFE TCHIADJE, a senior researcher at the Pan African Institute for Development, Cameroon, senior Lecturer at the University of Dschang and University of Ebolowa, Cameroon, holding a PhD in applied development sciences and teaching integrated water resources management and leadership courses.
In addition, he is a mentor at the African Academy of sciences, task force officer at the National Postdoc Association (NPA), USA, author of Tchouaffé’s theory of change (TToC), published in 2021, and associate editor at Springer Nature.
